Contest Rules and Regulations:

1. This contest is organized by Opi De Beaute Sdn Bhd (”The Organizer”) and is open to all branches’ customers.

2. The contest period will run from 1st March 2011 to 30th November 2011. The organizer reserves the rights to vary the contest period at any time without prior notice.
3. All entries must reach the organizer by:
        a. 1st Draw: 31st May 2011   b. 2nd Draw:  31st August 2011    c. Final Draw: 30th November 2011

All entries received after the closing date for the 1st and 2nd draw, will automatically be forwarded to the next draw.

4. To qualify for the Lucky Draw, you must purchase products or services worth RM350 and above in a single receipt.
5. Each entry form submitted must be completed with the required details and MUST be accompanied by the required proof of purchase.
6. Participants may submit more than ONE (1) entry form but each entry form MUST comply with the contest requirements mentioned in terms No.5. Receipt with purchase of RM700 may submit 2 entries.
7. Only original forms are accepted. Photocopy of entry form will be disqualified.
8. All winners will be notified by phone call or post. All prizes must be collected on or before the details/ deadlines stated in the notification, failing which such uncollected prizes will be forfeited.
9. The Organizer shall reserve the rights at its absolute discretion to substitude any of the prize of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are given on an “As Is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash, credit, other items or voucher in part or in full.
10. The Organizer shall reserves the right to use the names and/ or photographs of the winner as material for the purpose of advertising, trade and/or publicity, without any prior notice to the winners and the winners shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on such uses.
11. By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by the contest rules and regulations and the decisions of The Organizer.
12. Any decisions made by The Organizer are final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
