ABOUT REBATES

• Point statement will be mailed to you in January every year.
• Point statement will be mailed to members who are entitled to rebate vouchers only. 
• Point earned are not transferable (except family point accumulation). 
• Points may be accumulated and have a life span of up to 15 months and shall be redeemed within this period, points not redeemed will be forfeited. 
• Balance of the rebate points will not be carried forward to next year.
• Rebate vouchers are non-transferable and must be used together with Opi Classic Card. 

• Rebate vouchers can only be used at any outlets belong to Opi De Beaute Sdn. Bhd..

 CARD RENEWAL/ REPLACEMENT

•  A renewal fee of RM10 is chargeable for annual membership.
•  Enjoy zero charges on renewal when you spend RM3,000 annually.
•  A fee of RM15 will be imposed for lost or damaged card.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• OPI CLASSIC CARD is valid for 12 months from the date of commencement and expires at the end of every calendar month unless otherwise specified with other terms and conditions.
• OPI CLASSIC CARD is under OPI DE BEAUTE SDN. BHD. membership card loyalty program.
•  Each individual is allowed to sign up for the membership once and is eligible for only one membership at one time.
• Privileges are non-transferable and may be subject to revocation at any time prior notice.
• Members MUST present their member cards before every transaction so that any promotions, rebates or points will be provided at the point of sales. Failure to do so shall cause the transaction to be disqualified for any promotions, rebates or points.
• OPI CLASSIC CARD is property of OPI DE BEAUTE SDN. BHD. and shall be surrendered to OPI DE BEAUTE SDN. BHD. at any time upon request.
• Members are required to inform the centre (where card was issued) of any changes in their mailing address to ensure that members continue to receive latest updates on OCC privileges and promotions.
• OPI DE BEAUTE SDN. BHD. reserves the right to alter or amend the terms and conditions as it deems fit at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
• OPI DE BEAUTE SDN. BHD. reserves the right to terminate or change any gifts, benefits or privilege offered, at any time without prior notice.
• OPI CLASSIC CARD member will also be entitled to benefits and/or privileges offered by participating merchants of which member will be informed from time to time. However, OPI DE BEAUTE SDN. BHD. shall not be responsible and/ or liable for any loss and/or damage suffered by the card member in the event of any benefit and/ or privileges not being honored by any participating merchants.
• Membership fees are not refundable, or exchangeable for products or services.
