About Green Warrior Day

What is Green Warrior Day all about?

Green Warrior Day is a Go Green Project initiated by Opi De Beaute to preserve the mother nature. It is also part of the anchor activities listed under 13th Anniversary Celebration.

What are the objectives of the project?

It may not be a million dollar saving project, however, our goal is to contribute bit by bit and inculcate 'Go Green' ideology among our stakeholders. 

What is the duration of this project?

Basically this project runs from Jan 1 to Dec 31 2012. Dermalogica users can start to collect thier empty bottles and send them to us on 13th every month.

Any rewards for doing so?

Yes. Those who send back the empty bottles on 13th every month will be entitle to RM13 off on the same products. No limit on the quantities of products they but each product must worth a minimum of RM100.

What is the stamp card for?

Those who bring back empty bottles and make purchase on the same products will entitle to 1 stamp. We are rewarding top 3 spenders with 12 stamps collected with RM1,300 worth of beauty voucher.

ABOUT REBATES

• Point statement will be mailed to you in January every year.
• Point statement will be mailed to members who are entitled to rebate vouchers only.

 CARD RENEWAL/ REPLACEMENT

•  A renewal fee of RM10 is chargeable for annual membership.

•  A fee of RM15 will be imposed for lost or damaged card.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• OPI CLASSIC CARD is valid for 12 months from the date of commencement and expires at the end of every calendar month unless otherwise specified with other terms and conditions.
• OPI CLASSIC CARD is under OPI DE BEAUTE SDN. BHD. membership card loyalty program.
•  Each individual is allowed to sign up for the membership once and is eligible for only one membership at one time.
• Privileges are non-transferable and may be subject to revocation at any time prior notice.
• Members MUST present their member cards before every transaction so that any promotions, rebates or points will be provided at the point of sales. Failure to do so shall cause the transaction to be disqualified for any promotions, rebates or points.
• OPI CLASSIC CARD is property of OPI DE BEAUTE SDN. BHD. and shall be surrendered to OPI DE BEAUTE SDN. BHD. at any time upon request.
• Members are required to inform the centre (where card was issued) of any changes in their mailing address to ensure that members continue to receive latest updates on OCC privileges and promotions.

Contest Rules and Regulations:

1. This contest is organized by Opi De Beaute Sdn Bhd (”The Organizer”) and is open to all branches’ customers.

2. The contest period will run from 1st March 2011 to 30th November 2011. The organizer reserves the rights to vary the contest period at any time without prior notice.
3. All entries must reach the organizer by:
        a. 1st Draw: 31st May 2011   b. 2nd Draw:  31st August 2011    c. Final Draw: 30th November 2011

All entries received after the closing date for the 1st and 2nd draw, will automatically be forwarded to the next draw.

4. To qualify for the Lucky Draw, you must purchase products or services worth RM350 and above in a single receipt.
5. Each entry form submitted must be completed with the required details and MUST be accompanied by the required proof of purchase.
6. Participants may submit more than ONE (1) entry form but each entry form MUST comply with the contest requirements mentioned in terms No.5. Receipt with purchase of RM700 may submit 2 entries.
7. Only original forms are accepted. Photocopy of entry form will be disqualified.
8. All winners will be notified by phone call or post. All prizes must be collected on or before the details/ deadlines stated in the notification, failing which such uncollected prizes will be forfeited.
9. The Organizer shall reserve the rights at its absolute discretion to substitude any of the prize of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are given on an “As Is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash, credit, other items or voucher in part or in full.
10. The Organizer shall reserves the right to use the names and/ or photographs of the winner as material for the purpose of advertising, trade and/or publicity, without any prior notice to the winners and the winners shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on such uses.
11. By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by the contest rules and regulations and the decisions of The Organizer.
